Promotion to another grade level
What to do after a promotion:
- Update the dog's grade level.
- This way, new trial registrations will be performed in the correct grade.
- Update existing trial registrations and notify clubs.

- The moment you change the dog's grade, an additional link 'Grade change' will appear on the 'Contact' page.
- Click on the link and follow the instructions to notify the clubs. You will be able to select the clubs you wish to notify.
- All selected clubs will receive an email explaining the promotion.
- The moment you send the email, the corresponding entry data will be updated.
